This clearly is not requiring of a terribly detailed entry, and since I'm a little short on time...
It's basically a black graduation robe with a red stole.
I don't really know anything about the construction of graduation robes, but most of the ones I've seen look like black choir robes. Hers opens down the front, and has a little decal on the thingies that look like vestments.
