Glinda's Emerald City Dress: recreated by Cathy! =)

"It's Glinda, now!"

So the lovely Cathy (of the Crafty Corner acclaim) has made a beautiful recreation of the Emerald City Dress/One Short Day Dress (I really need to just pick one and stay consistent, don't I...).
